Dear PCHS Family and Friends,

We are pleased to announce that Roni Dhaliwal, Social Worker and System Navigator at PCHS Manitoba, has been invited to participate in an important panel discussion on December 2, 2024, as part of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence.
This event, hosted in collaboration with the City of Winnipeg’s Equity and Diversity Office and the Human Rights Committee of Council, will focus on the crucial role that men and boys play in preventing gender-based violence and in creating safer spaces for everyone in our community. The panel discussion will be held at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
As a dedicated advocate for social change, Roni will be contributing to the dialogue around building safer, more inclusive communities and addressing the root causes of violence. This is an excellent opportunity to highlight the important work being done to combat gender-based violence and promote equity and diversity.
The panel is part of the City of Winnipeg’s 16 Days of Activism campaign, an annual series of events aimed at raising awareness and fostering meaningful discussions about gender-based violence and its prevention.
We are incredibly proud of Roni’s participation in this event and his continued commitment to supporting individuals and families in our community.
If you would like more information about the event or how PCHS Manitoba is involved, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for your continued support in our efforts to create a safer, more inclusive community for all.
